The Analysis of Chinese Government Function Mode
With the constant development of economic reform, it requires inevitably that the political superstructure must adapt to the economic reform. The incompatible parts must be reformed resolutely. One of the important tasks is to deepen the government reform, and transform the government function mode. The government function mode is one of the most concerned issues in current theoretical circles, but ideological confusion exists, which may mislead the political system reform. In order to avoid this, it is necessary to study what kind of government function mode is the most suitable for China. This paper argues three different kinds of government function modes: protection type, intervention type and guidance type. The government function mode of guidance type is the correct choice for China to establish the socialist market economy. It is essentially different from western protective government function mode and intervention type. Any government function mode has specific formation conditions and range. Currently, the focus of Chinese government function is on the reform of itself. Through the system innovation, the political and economic system can be established which is adapted to the socialist market economy.
