Legislative Proposals of Anti-discrimination against Employment in Open Recruitment Work

As the open recruitment work of public institutions carries out in China, the discrimination during the process of the recruitment is paid much attention by the entire society. On the one hand, employment discrimination infringes the right of pursuit of social justice and equality. On the other hand, it causes negative effects in a society. Gender, race, religion, age, identity, health, physical characteristics are typical types of employment discrimination. It is a common problem for employment discrimination deriving from the tide of economic construction in a developing country, especially in China. Currently, the discrimination is in every social aspect. In this paper, the author analyzed the types of employment discrimination in open recruitment work and drew a conclusion. Meanwhile, the author summed up the current situation of legislation and legislative defects for the purpose of making proposals in the field of antidiscrimination, promoting the future legislative activity and building a harmonious society.
