Analysis on Ethical Anomie of Government Leaders and Ways of Precaution: From the Perspective of Anti-corruption
In recent years, leaders of Chinas government departments exist ethics anomie phenomena and some serious problems which are not to be ignored in ethics and morality. This paper analyzes the leadership ethical issues of our government department head. The phenomenon of leadership ethics anomie is a starting point of the article. The passage gives a more comprehensive and in-depth analysis of our government leaders ethical anomie reasons, all of these reasons including the impact of unhealthy trends in society, the traditional ethical orientation, Western decadent values, the leader lack of moral consciousness, the leader loss law-abiding spiritual, as well as the government leaders lack the supervision and restriction in power. From the discussion of the reasons, it explores the ethical anomies preventive path of our government leaders.
