Performance Evaluation and Influencing Factors of Finance Special Expenditure—Based on the Performance Evaluation of Compulsory Education Funds of 2010 Guangdong Province
Based on third-party position, to evaluate the performance of the 2010 Guangdong provincial compulsory education funds, the author uses four primary indicators which include: funding, process control, goal achievement and social satisfaction and the composite score is 81.60, the performance level of which is good. Further, the results showed that positive association between the performance level and GDP per capita, proportion of local students, teachers-students satisfaction, public funds for student and other factors; the performance level negatively correlated with Teacher-student ratio, proportion of rural students.
