Research on Public Opinion Communication and Guidance Mechanism Based on the Micro-blog

摘要：

As one of the most influential mainstream media means, micro-blog is changing the communication mode of social information, and plays an important role in the public opinion events. This paper analyzes the current situation and main characteristics of microblog information communication process, explores the public opinion communication mechanism based on the micro-blog, and discusses the public opinion guidance mechanism of government. Government should grasp and guide the public opinion trend, pay great attention to the opinion leaders, ensure the information public. The government official micro-blog is important to guide the forming process of social public opinion.
