Research on Problems and Improvement Measures of Performance Management in University Administrative and Managerial Departments
With the development and maturity of performance management theory, it has been widely applied in various fields. The university also adopts the performance management method in the process of personnel management system reform as one of the public institutions. University performance management becomes an effective way and method of supervising, improving work performance and improving management level, and its effect would influence the quality of teaching and scientific research directly. University administrative and managerial departments performance management has its own distinctiveness and exists some differences compared with the performance management of the government and the enterprises.
