Study on the 35CrMoA steel tie rod heat-treatment of 0150mm used in the deep water quay
Φ 150mm 35CrMoA deep water quay steel tie rod have the highest grade of strength (ReH > 550Mpa) and the maximum size (Φ150mm×10.8m) in the world. Not only require high mechanical properties, and the production is very great. Especially have much furnace and the chemical composition fluctuates more which directly affect the mechanical properties of the steel rod. Therefore, its not only to concentrate on the innovation of heat-treatment process, but also to focus on the application of statistical process control techniques in the mass production steel rod of heat treatment. The important is the scatter gram, histogram and the Shewhart control chart applications.Which to control the quality fluctuations of factors.and ensure that the mechanical properties of the steel tie rod after heat-treatment.
