Causes and actions for bacterial growth in polymer quenchant system

摘要：

Polymer quenchants, due to its obvious advantages, have been found increasingly wide applications. However, the bacteria growing in its system not only accelerates quenchants degradation and worsens quenching quality, but also results in surface rust and bad odor. This paper firstly analyses the possible causes for the bacterial growth in polymer quenching system and then discusses the corresponding remedy solutions for the problem.
