The application of polymer quenchant in overloaded-carburized gear

摘要：

Two polymer quenchants, KR9988 and KR6480,were introduced as applying innovation used in Overloaded-Carburized gear, which could eliminate banded segregation effectively, improving products anisotropy .Also,the application of the two cooling media breaks through traditional heat treatment process, improves site operating environment, accomplishing quality of product that traditional heat treatment process couldnt get.
