Research on electrodeposition of silicon in TMAC-PC
This paper studied the thermal stability, conductivity and cyclic voltammetry of TMAC-PC-SiCLt, and also studied the conditions of silicon electrodeposition process. The results of the experiment showed that this electrolyte system displayed good stability when it was used in electro-deposition process; the current efficiency of the deposition process showed 83.26% in the optimized conditions, while the cell voltage was 3.6 V and the energy consumption was 16.63 kW/(h·kg).
