Study on Internal Staffs Satisfaction Degree in the Government Institutes
Satisfaction is a state of mind and the pleasure after the customers needs being met, it is also a comparative relation between prior expectations and actual experience of services received product or service. If the psychological state is measured by some number, and this figure is called satisfaction degree. Satisfaction degree is the concept of an index through calculating appraisal scores to find satisfaction which is CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) in the current prevailing international standards. As the internal employees of government institutes, the staffs satisfaction will influence entire service including internal and external service to a large extent. Taking broad-sense employee-orientation as a starting point, based on its illustration of the relationship between staffs satisfaction and internal services quality of government institutes, this article tries to explore how to dig out the internal quality problems in practice in order to find a way to enhance staffs satisfaction.
