The Analysis of Civil Society Behavior under Public Crisis Governance

We are living in the crisis-ridden era. As the public crisis comes, states, market or civil society will all participate into the resistance. Based on this background, this paper defines the concept of civil society and then analyzes the behavior of civil society in the process of public crisis governance. The action of civil society in public crisis governance is based on reciprocity. The means of civil society governing public crisis is the relationship. The behavior individual and the service mode of the civil society are diverse in the public crisis governance. The behavior dimension of civil society in public crisis governance is diverse and mutual. The scope of civil society in public crisis governance can go beyond the boundaries of the state. These are the characteristics of civil society in the governance of public crisis. In a word, the role of civil society is increasingly important in public crisis governance, and the influence also is growing.
