Research on Strategies of Strengthening the Government Credibility in the Process of Public Crisis Management- Based on the Perspective of Public Participation

摘要：

Nowadays our government credibility is facing unprecedented challenges because of the frequent happening of natural disasters and public crisis accidents. Thus, many experts and scholars make great efforts to study these problems and put forward many suggestions and countermeasures from different perspectives. However, these measures are mostly based on government, such as transferring government function, improving the government information transparency, promoting democratic and scientific policy making, strengthening the supervision of civil servants, and strengthening the construction of the government responsibility system. The public, being the other main aspect in the construction of government credibility, also plays an important role in promoting government credibility. Therefore, this paper will discuss how to promote government credibility in the process of public crisis management from the citizens participation mechanism perspective.
