Research on informal Employment of women in China
With the large-scale industrial restructuring, womens employment is more influenced and impact than mens. Feminization of informal employment or informal employment of women in China is an indisputable fact. However, lack of state policy, professional level, labor compensation, and social security, the degree of organization gap not only between womens informal employment and womens formal employment, but also non-significant difference compared with men, so that the existing employment areas gap widened instead of narrowing. This paper analyze the situation on female informal employment, describes its effects, put forward sound opinions and suggestions on womens informal employment.
