Collection and Remote Management of Disaster Information with Mobile Positioning Terminals
In recent years, earthquake, typhoon, snowflakeand other natural disasters happened frequently and causelarge number of casualties and economic losses. It needs to befurther improved under the circumstances of sudden naturaldisasters. The solution to the problem is to provide datasupport for emergency response and scientific decision-makingto commanders by uploading accurate, reliable and instantinformation on disaster-occurred spot. This paper does someresearch on instant disaster information upload and remotedisaster management using mobile terminals. Off-lineprocessing, drawing tracks according to GPS information andother solutions are proposed. Finally, this paper designs thestructure of disaster data collection and managementprototype system and analyses the whole structure, functionsand data processing workflow and implements the prototype atlast.
