Lateral Rotordynamic Analysis and Testing of a Vertical High Speed 12.5MW Motorcompressor Levitated by Active Magnetic Bearings

摘要：

A new high performance motorcompressor for subsea application, equipped with Active Magnetic Bearings (AMBs) from S2M, was developed by GE Oil&Gas. This paper presents the main steps of AMBs integration and rotordynamic assessment of Blue-C motorcompressor. A brief summary of acceptance test results and rotordynamic performances is finally illustrated.
