Global Stability of an Age-structured In-host Viral Model with Humoral Immunity
In this paper, we investigate the dynamical behavior of an age-Structured in-host viral model with humoral immunity. We derive the basic reproduction number for viral infection and for B cells response. By constructing Lyapunov functions, we show that, if the basic reproduction number for viral infection is less than one, the uninfected equilibrium is globally asymptotically stable, if the basic reproduction number for B cells response. the infected equilibrium with B cells response is globally asymptotically stable, otherwise, the infected equilibrium without B cells response is globally asymptotically stable.
