Mathematical model and the optimum solutions of important genetic making sure information of tumor

摘要：

The important genetic information of making sure tumor is the key to correctly identify tumortypes, give reliable diagnosis and simplified experimental analysis. According to the 62 samples, we pick out34 oncogenes from 2001 genes, and Judge containing noises genes by using 3 standards. We use Addmodifier method to eliminate the noise, then analysis the Kernelˇs principal component of the 34 oncogenes.We choose two principalcomponents, reduce the genesˇ tag and make the diagnosis of tumor easier.
