The Stability Analysis of an Impulsive SEIR Epidemic Model with Two Time Delays
In this paper, an impulsive SEIR epidemic model with two time delays is formulated and studied. Using the discrete dynamical system determined by the stroboscopic map, we obtain the exact periodic solution. Furthermore, we prove that the infection-free periodic solution is globally attractive under appreciate conditions. Our results indicate that a large pulse vaccination rate is the sufficient condition for the eradication of the disease.
