New product research and development cost analysis based on AHP

摘要：

The cost control becomes the focal point which the enterprise pays attention to day after day, The research indicats that the product research and development stage affects the product entire life cycle.This article explains from the new product research and development stage cost control angle embarks. Further divided product research and development into six stages, using AHP to analyze the cost allocation problem of product development stages, get the best proportion, reduce the cost of development.
