In this article, starting from discussing the significance of SMEs, competitiveness evaluation, a SMEs, competitiveness evaluation index system had been established, based on which, the evaluation model of SMEs, competitiveness was constructed that making the evaluation of SMEs, competitiveness to be a necessary method to achieve enterprise strategy.
