Research on Patent Implementation Performance Evaluation Based on Grey Correlation Analysis -Taking City Group of Central Plains as Example

摘要：

To improve patent implementation performance is one of the crucial links in patent strategy. Firstly reviewing on the research literature on patent theory and relevant problems and then establishing the evaluation index system and evaluation model of patent implementation performance in this paper, the author researched empirically on patent implementation performance by taking City Group of Central Plains as example and using grey correlation analysis method.
