An Analysis of the Factors in Cultivating Overall Quality in Postgraduate Education in Engineering Colleges -A Case Study of Hebei Polytechnic University
With the advancement of time, high-level personnel play an increasingly important role in the progress of human society and economic development. Postgraduate education bears the important task of cultivating high-level personnel. Whether the current educational system and training model are adapted to the requirements and how effective the training links are, all these factors affect the quality of the talents. Based on a questionnaire survey, this paper attempts to search students satisfaction degree using a quantitative approach and to analyze the function of relevant factors playing in cultivating students, thus to explore a new model of postgraduate education adapted to the new era.
