Study on the Influence Factor of Flexible Employments Scale in China
In this stage, flexible employment caused widespread concern in the community in its growing scale; it is practical significant to country, enterprises and individuals. In this paper, we establish measurement model of flexible employment in China over the years, and then use multiple regression statistical methods to analyze the influence factor of flexible employments scale in China, and then draw relevant conclusions.
