Impact Factors of Capital Structure Study on Listed Companies in US Health Care Sector
The private capital invested in the health care industry plays an important role in the market, which can optimize the allocation of medical resources and improve the efficiency of health care industry. The capital appreciation is highly concerned by the private capital. Therefore a more reasonable measure of the investment value is needed. There is a higher degree of maturity in the Health services market of United States. This article draw on empirical analysis of the capital structure of the listed companies of the NYSE and investigates empirically how some main factors determine the capital structure of these firms of health care industtry, which can be referenced by the public hospital of our country.
