Study on Trust Governance Mechanism of Virtual Corporation Based on Evolutionary Game Theory
Along with the development of network economy, virtual enterprises emerged, and trust as the cornerstone of the virtual enterprise produced by the attention of scholars. based on the normative analysis of trust embedded in the virtual enterprise, this paper standard on the basis of analysis of the evolutionary game theory in method, use relevant matrix analysis, and combine with the nature of the virtual enterprise and its governance dilemma, puts forward to the trust governance system based on virtual enterprise management to the opportunism.
