Logistic Regression Model on Marital Gratification of Women Civil Servants
This paper engages in the analysis of marital gratification of female civil servants and illustrating the irrationality of the classic data processing method to get the scores of marital gratification in psychology research. The relevant logistic regression model is got according to the theories and methods related with the improved principle component cumulative logistic regression analysis and the empirical analysis is made based on 1652 valid samples from an Olson survey on marital quality of female civil servants carried out by Hangzhou Womens Federation (China). Then the author finds from the quantitative study of factors of marital gratification that it is not reasonable that Olson(1982) simply regarded the factors of marital gratification as 10 internal measured variables in the ENRICH SCALE to assess the marital quality and corresponding improvement can be made; and the factors of the character and habits of the spouse, service year and the age have bigger influence on the marital gratification of women civil servants than others.
