Carrying Capacity and Utilization Potential Analysis of Groundwater Resources in Semiarid District in Heilongjiang Province

摘要：

Great changes have taken place in development and supply and demand status of water resources in semiarid district, with the rapid development of social economy, excessive mining and utilization of water resources and effect of global climate change. Utilization potential analysis of groundwater resources is the premise and basis to realize optimal allocation and rational utilization based on research temporal and spatial distribution and development trend of water resources and evaluate carrying capacity of groundwater resources by using Set Pair Analysis in semiarid district.
