Study for Dynamics Analysis and Development of Beijing Housing Market under the New Situation

摘要：

Real estate is a pillar industry of national economy. This paper considered the financial crisis and policy control, analyzed problems of Beijing housing market, established the system dynamic model and predicted the future development of Beijing housing market, which was expected to be steady growth in the future.
