A Research of Low-carbon Economic Development Plan Based on Input-output Analysis

摘要：

This paper studies the coordinated development relationship between the formulation of low-carbon economic development program and its external conditions, such as society, economy, environment and resources. It applies input-output analytical technique in the research, in terms of quantities, which integrates linear planning method with the design of low-carbon economic model. However, the paper helps to provide the theoretical guidance for the formulation of low-carbon economic policies, and broadened theory of low-carbon economy. Finally, this paper proposes the model which can be improved by the division of industrial sectors, combined with the econometrics model to prospect further studies.
