Research on Relation between the Regional Laborer Innovation Ability Promotion and Industrial Structure Upgrading
Labor is the unique production essential factor with activities in the supplying structure of the region factor. The promotion of laborers innovation ability is fundamental approach to realize regional industrial structure upgrading. According to the analysis of capitalization approach of dual human resource structure in regional Three Industrial, regional laborer selecting industrial mechanism by the promoting of innovation ability was put forward in this essay, which might be reference for region promoting labors innovation ability and realizing the optimization upgrade of industrial structure.
