The Research on the Logistics System Optimization of Medium and Small Chain Supermarket Based on the Supply Chain

With the accession to WTO and the full liberalization of retail trade, foreign retail quickens their steps. So how to pursue their own long-term development has become an urgent problem in a competitive market environment through the development of logistics. Medium and Small Chain Supermarket as a new retail commercial has became a major force of business in China, but there are still many problems in purchasing management, inventory management and distribution systems. The paper not only points out the logistics optimization model, but also discusses distribution systems cost optimization across studying the current situation of Medium and Small Chain Supermarket and the Project of Rural Retailing Development
