Analysis of Chinese Economic Performance Based on the Region Panel Data
For evaluating the regional economic performance of China, a non-parametric method based on some panel data of regional economics to evaluating the regional economic performance is given in this paper. Then the economic meaning of the efficiency defined by the above method is analyzed and a measurement model (A-DEA) for measuring the efficiency of regional economic performance is provided. Finally, the pedigree table on the economic performance of 30 regions in China is given by (A-DEA) model, and the whole Chinese economic performance is analyzed by using above method. This method can not only give a quantitative measurement for regional economic development, but also point out the reason of poor economic efficiency, and offer a feasible direction and scale for the future economic reform.
