Study on Production Development Process Faced to Customers -Illustrated by the Case of A Company

This article first introduces the concept of production development faced to customers, then demonstrates the strategical target of production development faced to customers-Quality(Q),Cost(C), Speed(S), Flexibility (F), dependability (D)-based on the research about the process and organization of the production development in A company. After analyzing a companys existing product development process, this article refines and optimizes its existing processes by using the PDCA cycle to build a specific operation program, which has practical value and can be used for reference for other enterprises to establish a production development process faced to customers.
