Research on the Product Crisis Formation Mechanism and its Management of the SMEs in China

The product crisis is the most important crisis for the Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises (SMEs), which may harm the company fatally. The paper analyses the internal and external conditions of the SMEs product crisis formation, and puts forwards the Domino model of the SMEs product crisis formation mechanism. According the SMEs product crisis formation mechanism and the characteristic of the Chinese SMEs crisis management, the paper advances the suggestions about how to manage the product crisis effectively. The new and original in this paper is the Domino model of the SMEs product crisis formation mechanism.
