CFA Application Study on Factors Construction of Corporate Culture Orientation Management-Empirical Study Based on Enterprises in Central and Eastern

This paper will divide the key factors of corporate culture orientation management into four dimensions: entrepreneur/enterprise history expression dimension, the synergy between corporate culture and strategy dimension, the environmental embedded power of corporate culture dimension, the extent of the national/regional/historical culture into corporate culture dimension.Through enterprise interviews and questionnaires,we found that the four dimensions of corporate culture orientation management significantly influence corporate culture orientation management, and entrepreneur/enterprise history style expression dimension has the largest influence on corporate culture orientation management, followed by the synergy between corporate culture and strategy dimension, the environmental embedded power of corporate culture dimension and the extent of the national/regional/historical culture into corporate culture dimension.
