摘要：

With the rapid development of science and technology, the competitions among countries become more intensified in a worldwide perspective. Facing with the requirement of the future, this paper aims at investigating on the status quo of enterprise innovation activities and the availability of preferential polices from nation, and getting some valuable results for statistics analysis, in order to construct a sustainable enterprises technological innovation system.
