Study on the Mechanism of the Effect of Information in the Process of Technical Innovation in Enterprises

摘要：

To study the mechanism of the effect of information in the process of TI, the paper first puts forward the information flowing model in the process of TI and on the basis of this studies the mechanism of the effect of information in the process of TI. The effect of information on the process of TI exists in the formation of TI ideas and all the subsequent stages in the process of TI. The effects of information on the process of TI are reflected in three ways: information is the basis of forming innovation motive;it can reduce the risks of TI; determine the path for the development of TI in enterprises.
