Study on Innovative Interaction of Enterprises Based on Analysis of Innovation Compatibility
By means of analysis of factors influencing innovation activities, based on the compatibility of innovation behaviors, the paper put forward the concept of the edge innovation, revealed the performance characteristics of different innovation activities, illustrated with case the significance and functions of innovative interaction in the enterprises innovation, especially in the edge innovation which requires interaction with the both of companies and staff and work together to achieve. Enterprises should continue to improve the innovation process and innovation machine system, and staff would also like to express their creative intention effectively to enterprises, so as to promote the sound development of innovative interactive and fully exploit the commercial value of the edge innovation.
