Towards the Risk of Improper Motivation on Knowledge Employees
This paper has conducted a empirical study to disclose the main factors which lead to the risk of improper motivation on knowledge employees(RIMKE). Based on questionnaire survey, five hypotheses have been proposed. Furthermore, structural equation model(SEM) to testify all 5 hypotheses is employed. Through the study, it has been learned that the main factors affecting RIMKE are individual growth and development, work itself, work environmental factor, compensation and welfare, and external conditions. The paper also clarifies the significance of these factors and how they interact with each other.
