On the Construction of Corporate Culture in Small-and-Medium Sized High-Tech Enterprises
Corporate culture plays a very important role in the management of SMH enterprises and its continuous improvement meets the urgent need of the enterprises. This article firstly concentrates on the current defects in the building of the corporate culture and then the importance of its improvement for the development and core competitiveness of these enterprises and lastly proposes the strategies for the construction of sound corporate culture in high-tech enterprises.
