Cultural Transition and Innovative Entrepreneurship
Rapid changes of business environment are stressing business to be innovative to survive. Different factors are causing these changes and it is notable that in some cases, drastic changes are coming too frequently to adjust. Entrepreneurs as well as leaders are facing challenges to get sustainable benefit from ground-breaking task. This paper deals with cultural aspects to develop a sustainable innovation model for the entrepreneur. This can be handy as bouncing back is hardly possible in the competitive environment, once rejected by the consumer. For this paper focuses on cultural transition and the way of dealing with it to get a log term benefit form ground-breaking task.
