Study on Framework of Customer Classification in Air Cargo
The scientific customer classification method and the rational classification can reduce the cost and get potential markets. This paper makes an analysis of customers of the air cargo from two aspects of current value and value-added value, The framework of the customer classification method can be divided into four levels respectively, the goal level, the code level, the result level and the program level, and then the paper puts forward the appropriate marketing strategies in accordance with different segmenting results.
