Intelligent Property Development in Creative Industry-A Case Analysis of iPod

摘要：

It is incredibly lucrative in the development of creative industry. From the birth of idea to the realization of profit, the creative industry system is considerably complex and worthy of exploration. Developed countries, regardless of their current levels of creative industry, are attaching great importance to the corresponding development of Intellectual Property, in order to maintain the continuum of value. Through case analysis from Industrial Design field, this paper argues that the key to creative industrys success is the development and utilization of intellectual property, rather than a mere protection. Successful intellectual property development will help in the formation of distinct design style, continuity of creative value as well as future development of the creative industry.
