High-tech Enterprise Independent Innovation and IPR Protection
In the face of economic globalization, how can Chinas high-tech enterprises survive and develop? In this paper, we use literature research method, qualitative and quantitative research method, studied the problems of independent innovation of Chinas high-tech enterprises. To high-tech enterprises, innovation is the lasting power of survival and development, source of competitiveness. Innovation and development strategy is the core of high-tech enterprises development strategy. Chinas high-tech enterprises should continue to enhance the capability of independent innovation, deepen enterprise system innovation, ongoing technological innovation, strengthen creative talent management, strengthen intellectual property rights management, implement brand management innovation, and speed up the enterprise culture.
