Heart and Brain System of Team Management
Team management is inseparable from the establishment, development, and growth of enterprises. A good team is the driving force behind the development of enterprises. Based on the functional features of the human cardiovascular system and the cerebral nerve system, this paper proposes the idea of establishing two subsystems in one team. One subsystem is primarily in charge of ideology and related fields, and the other controls and manages physical forms and related areas. The two subsystems inside the team simultaneously support and constrain each other. This paper advances this hypothesis of modern enterprise management.
