Construct Exploration of Employee Service Innovation Behavior in Insurance Industry
Employee service innovation behavior is the key factor for successful organizational innovation. This study examined the construct of employee service innovation behavior through empirical research (235 samples in insurance industry). The result supported that, ESIB is a multi-dimension construct, including 4 aspects, active information exploration, knowledge leaning and application, sharing and collaboration, as well as customer approach.
