Study on the application of sweetpotato in food processing

摘要：

In recent years,sweetpotato granules is a new product and it is more suitable for mass production in China due to its vast and rich supplies.The conception,process technics,characteristic and application in food processing of sweetpotato granules are introduced in this Paper. Sweetpotato granule processing is conducive to promote the sound development of Chinas sweetpotato industry for good market prospects and opportunities.
