Research on the Mechanism of Enterprise Sustainable Growth Based on Community Responsibility
Along with the concept of sustainable development is being deepened constantly, how to realize the sustainable development of enterprises has became a very important problem need to be solved urgently on the levels of theories and practices. Yet companies assume the certain degree of social responsibility is an important way to promote its sustainable growth. Firstly, the paper analysis the current status of corporate sustainability and summarizes many problems what Chinese enterprises sustainable development are facing, and then give the profound demonstration about the mechanism of corporate social responsibility to promote sustainable development. At last, some ways are proposed about the training and implementation of corporate social responsibility. It has a strong significance for the theory and practice.
