Research on the Human Capital of Business Leaders in Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises

Based on the demand and the roles of social person and economic person assumed by the business leaders on the small and medium-sized enterprises, this paper will attempt to comprehensively anatomize the necessity of setting up and further consolidating the system of the motivation mechanism and restraint mechanism among the business leaders in the milieu of market economy. Meanwhile, the paper will discuss the effective methods in establishing the motivation mechanism and restraint mechanism.
